Testimonials

Long ago and far away, 1990's and NY state, I purchased an American Beauty Resistance Soldering outfit. Its arrival was highly anticipated, and the unit was well used during that early time frame. Fast forward to 2022 and both of us are doing well, but I have seen much more wear and tear than the unit. However never fail, it is still being used for projects and going strong. While I will need be an artist, I do reach for it when those pesky times show up and it performs admirably. Another two decades or so? Hopefully I will be still operating as I the know the unit will be!

Finished a carving of a Blue Bird. I mounted the Blue Bird on a Branch. I used the American Beauty resistance soldering unit SC250-DLX to make the feet, flowers, branches, leaves attached to the branches and the metal decoration on the bottom of the base. It was the first time I used resistance soldering and it was great. Made it a lot easier and quicker...100% better than using a butane torch. Can hardly wait to finish my next carving and habitat.

Just a quick endorsement of your resistance soldering systems from American Beauty. Your quality units are built far beyond my ability to describe the high standards of construction, ease of use and longevity. For soldering track feeders, flexible track sections and jewelry repair, resistance soldering is the best guarantee of a strong joint and American Beauty Soldering Units is the best guarantee of buying the right product. I could not be more pleased with my Super Chief 250 from American Beauty!

Don Goss Harrisburg, PA

With my SuperChief resistance soldering system, I was able to make adjacent solder joints that would have been impossible with a soldering iron.

By practicing on a discarded pieces of track, anyone can learn how to be a pro at soldering onto rails without melting any plastic ties or parts! So we can only say THANK YOU for making a great product that saves us time and money.
